Watermelon Soda

During the summer we have some leftover Summer Tea Melonade. Thus we decided to make the most simple drink we ever have for the hot weather. You will not only love it but it’s also a great conversation starter.  Trust me, people will have a million questions for you. In fact, it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes.

It will be a nice drink when you want something refreshing for the spring. You can use soda water or sparkling water for this drink. For me, my favorite is ice cream soda as adding cubes of “ices” I just simply create a new drink. For those, who don’t love gases in there drink you can add them to your water, do spice up the bland drink.

Ingredients |

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of white tea
  • 3 tablespoons  of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • spring of mint, for serving
  • can of soda water

Method |

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add sugar; stir until dissolved. Add tea bags and steep 4 minutes.

After the 4 minutes, remove the tea bags and press gently to release liquid. Let cool completely before refrigerating until cold. Blend mixture with lemon juice and watermelon cubes until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice makers, freeze it to ice. Serve the watermelon cube with soda water.

Grab a water melon and mix the drink, share with us do you like it. Take a photo of your version, send us an email, tag us on Instagramtweet us, anything. We love to see you trying out our recipe!

xoxo, Joe
